Most custom orders and monogram/personalization orders will arrive within 2 weeks. Occasionally, it may take longer due to demand, or a temporary production problem. Many of the monogram/personalization items I keep inventory on hand for the most popular initials or sayings and can ship within 48 hours. Just check product descriptions. Please let us know PRIOR to ordering if you have a special shipping need or any questions regarding a specific product. Feel free to call or email with any questions regarding customization. We will not issue refunds once custom orders (made especially for you) have been placed. If you have a special need, please let us know! Please prepare for holidays, special times of year, and seasons accordingly. Our shipping times may vary during this peak time, and can take up to 4 week delivery time. RUSH ORDERS: If you need your item rushed, we will make every effort to accomodate your needs. PLEASE email us PRIOR to ordering to work out RUSH orders. Refunds will not be issued if an order is placed and RUSH order has not been granted prior to the order. Additionally, we can not "guarantee" delivery once the package has left our hands and is in the hands of the shipping method. If your package does not arrive and has been overnighted, we will only refund the cost of the shipping, not the products.

Return Policy: Any custom gifts are made especially for you…unfortunately, we can not accept any returns on those items. If you have any questions about an item, PRIOR to ordering, please contact us. REFUNDS will not be issued once custom orders have been placed. All other returns must be made within 10 days of receiving mdse. Please contact me beforehand via email. *We are not responsible for monogramming ordered in the wrong order, unless it is an error on our part, in which we will gladly send a replacement as soon as possible.
